AI Team Leadership

Supporting managers and team leaders who guide their teams.

Those who lead the introduction of AI find themselves making decisions about tools and processes, but also about people, relationships and ways of working.

AI Team Leadership offers managers and leadership teams a space to understand better what is happening in the organisation and to work out how to support people and groups through change.

With the leadership team

A programme to look together at the organisation’s characteristics and at the different situations of its teams, exploring:

  • how AI is entering the different functions and what needs are emerging;
  • what the teams have in common and which differences in experience, preparation and approach deserve attention;
  • which choices need a shared direction and where different approaches are needed instead;
  • which organisational conditions can support learning, discussion and experimentation.

The aim of the work is to build a broader, shared reading of the situation in order to decide how to intervene. For example, you can explore real situations in your own teams: difficulties, questions, experiments under way.

Two experiences with leadership teams

Every leadership team encounters AI starting from its own history, its own questions and the characteristics of the organisation. These two experiences show how the work can take shape.

With managers

Management training that helps those who lead a group understand what can happen to people as they encounter AI, and how to support them.

Starting from a shared foundation of knowledge and awareness, managers can explore:

  • the history of their own team and the experiences of change it carries with it: how the team is experiencing AI and the differences between people;
  • which questions, resources or difficulties need attention;
  • how to support people who start from different points, without assuming they all have the same need;
  • which approaches and tools can encourage discussion, learning and experimentation;
  • how to help create an environment that is safe enough for people to express doubts, ask for help and approach AI with greater peace of mind.

The work also offers a chance to compare notes with other managers on the situations they face and on possible ways of handling them. Alongside the shared experience, individual coaching can give managers who need it a space to work on specific questions or situations.

How can we work on it?

Depending on the context, we can combine a basic online programme with workshops, discussions between managers and activities dedicated to individual teams. The format is defined together, taking into account the organisation’s goals and conditions.
