For over 15 years I have worked alongside people and teams as a Business Coach and trainer specialising in soft skills, emotional intelligence and leadership development. I bring to ImpulsoFuturo specific expertise in group dynamics, handling disagreements and talent development. An expert in sustainability and gender equality, I work to build more aware and inclusive organisational cultures. My qualities are resilience and a deep trust in the driving force of life in general.
We met through the Network Partner 24Ore and clicked straight away. We share the aim of supporting companies towards the human-AI alliance, and working on different fronts (technology and organisation for him, people for me) adds value: it widens our views and lets us combine tools and approaches. We are both practical, focused on the goal, curious and future-oriented!

Davide’s world is the world of developers: he fights to keep them in Italy. With his collaboration I build training programmes for technical experts who put not just their heads but their souls into their work.
With Isabella I start from the same base, always putting people at the centre, especially now that technology seems to take up all the space. What I find remarkable about her is her ability to constantly stay ahead of her field, digging into complex topics until she turns them into something concrete for people. She knows how to use AI like few others. Her approach sees AI neither as a magic solution nor as a threat to defend against, but as a tool to develop human potential. Stefano is also an experienced digital startupper, but above all he believes deeply in the human dimension of training and especially of relationships. That is why we found each other: I try out his innovations and help him look deeper into how the mind and heart of people who deliver training work; he legitimises my use of digital tools and acts as my guinea pig on soft topics. We both defend the human value of knowledge.
The possibility of scaling up, that is, of offering more people, easily and sustainably, training in change skills that is not digitalisation but retraining, in a world that needs it more and more and perhaps doesn’t know it yet.

A missed meeting at the AI Festival, but a mutual interest that made us look for each other. For me, the appeal of biofeedback devices and artificial intelligence designed to foster greater awareness, balance and connection with one’s inner state in a simple and… human way. Our partnership started out in the field: a coaching session, a training workshop, mutual feedback and brainstorming.
Ianunai’s neuroscientific knowledge applied to the organisational world and my long experience with people, their behaviours and the impact of the autonomic nervous system’s reactions will offer people and company teams the opportunity to explain and measure what they often remain unaware of, and to make development work concrete and tangible.
For us, technology has value only when it helps people feel better. That is why Ianunai and Isabella clicked straight away: on one side our research on applied neuroscience, artificial intelligence and biofeedback, on the other a long experience of working with companies and their human resources, to understand what happens behind behaviours, emotions and physiological reactions.
