AI Team Adoption

Supporting a functional or project team

Where does your team start from?

Before choosing how to support a team in adopting AI, it helps to understand how the team is experiencing this change.

The team assessment is a guided process of reflection and awareness. It helps you look not only at which tools are available or in use, but also at the group’s history, the experiences of change it carries with it and the way it is facing the arrival of AI today.

It is a space to recognise resources, questions and possible difficulties, and to understand which aspects deserve closer attention. It doesn’t offer a diagnosis: it helps you formulate more precise questions to explore together with the team.

How can we work with a team?

We build a programme suited to the team’s needs and context, combining online tools and in-person sessions.

Online tools help manage time and workload more flexibly. In-person sessions offer a space to compare views, experiment together and create opportunities for connection and for building relationships.

How is a programme built?

Every team has its own history, needs and working conditions. That’s why the programme is built together, choosing and combining the most useful experiences.

For example:

01

A lab to get started

An initial reflection on the team, followed by an in-person lab to share experiences, bring questions to the surface and identify together the first possibilities to try out.

02

Online and in person

The online course offers a shared foundation and a space for individual reflection, and lets everyone proceed flexibly. In the workshop, participants share questions and lessons, connect them to the team’s reality and discuss possible ways of working.

03

A programme of experimentation over time

After an initial reflection, two or three in-person sessions support the team as it explores new ways of working. Between sessions, people can try them out; in the following sessions, the group looks at what has happened and decides what to keep or change.

These are only examples: content, format and duration are defined according to the team’s goals and situation.

Finally, team coaching can support a group that wants to look more deeply at the way it works together and try out new ones.
